Pierre's Totem layout

• First line is the base layer,
• Second line is the fn1 layer,
• Third line is the fn2 layer,
• Fourth line is the fn1+fn2 layer,
• Fifth layer is a modifier when held. Sometimes left or right is specified, as I distinguish to add compose and window management keys on top of ⌃ (ctrl), ⌥ (alt), ⇧ (shift), & ◊ (win/meta).

No fn1 involved on the left thumb keys, nor fn2 involved on the right thumb keys, so omitted in the absence of hold behaviour.
